- The product must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
- The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and any other materials that came with it.
- The product must not have been damaged during use or installation (if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used or installed.
- Items that are no longer in their original packaging.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Perishable or consumable items (e.g., food-related accessories).
3. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return the Product: Ship the product back to us with the provided RA number and ensure it is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved:
- We will process your refund via the original payment method.
- If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), we will offer the refund in the form CODÂ which can be used for future purchases.
- Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 business days after we receive the returned product.
5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same product or a similar item of equal value. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
